What Does the Bible Say About Life Purpose
The Bible teaches that every person has a purpose given by God. In the very beginning, God created humans in His own image (Genesis 1:27). This shows that we are special and made to reflect His love, wisdom, and goodness in the world. God placed Adam and Eve in the garden to care for it, showing that work and responsibility are part of our purpose (Genesis 2:15).
One of the main purposes of life, according to the Bible, is to know God and have a relationship with Him. In Ecclesiastes 12:13, Solomon writes that the whole duty of humanity is to “fear God and keep His commandments.” This means we are made to honor and obey God, trusting in His wisdom and love.
