Hiding in Fear
Throughout the Bible, people have hidden out of fear. Whether it was Adam and Eve in the Garden or Elijah running from Jezebel, fear can drive people into hiding. But God calls His people to trust in Him rather than cower in fear.
Genesis 3:10
“He replied, ‘I heard you walking in the garden, so I hid. I was afraid because I was naked.'”

“Elijah was afraid and fled for his life. He went to Beersheba, a town in Judah, and he left his servant there.”
Judges 6:11

Hiding in God for Protection
The Bible assures us that God is our refuge. Instead of hiding in fear, we can hide in Him for protection and safety. He shields us from danger and provides a place of rest.

Hiding from Sin and Temptation

Hiding in Times of Trouble
When troubles come, we can seek refuge in God. He is a place of safety where we can find peace even in the middle of the storm.

Hiding in Christ for New Life
When we come to Christ, we are hidden in Him, and He gives us a new identity. We are no longer defined by our past but by His grace.
